1. Treat the Ex Krewe Beach House as if it Were Your Own or Better:  Please treat the house with respect and not some Notel-motel during Spring Break.
  3. Clean up after Yourself in the Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom: No one is the designated maid. 
  5. No Illegal drugs while on Ex Krewe Beach House premises:  Some house members have security clearances and/or ethic agreements.
  7. Do Not Park on the Grass or on-site unless permitted to do so. 
  9. Do Not Make the Utility Company Rich or Easy for Thieves:
  10.        If you are the last person to leave the house, make sure the doors and windows are locked, the music 
  11.          and TV are turned off, the thermostat turned up to 80 degrees, and all small appliances (coffee pot, toaster)
  12.          turned off.
  14. Do Not Turn on the Fireplace:  The gas is shut off.
  16. Do Not be a Drama Queen or King: Please be courteous of your other
  17.         housemates.
  19. Be Responsible for One’s Guest:  Babysitting services are not
  20.           including in guest fees.  So know your guests!
  22. No Pets to the House.
