Term of Offering: May 23, 2008, after 3 p.m. – September 7, 2008
Offering: 8 -10 Full Shares (FS) and 4-8 Half Shares (HS) of Beach House Interests will be available depending on the mix of FS and HS.
We plan to have 12 members on non-holiday weekends and no more than 16 members on a holiday weekend. A weekend constitutes a Friday and Saturday night, except for holiday weekends which include a Sunday night or in the case of 4th of July, the Thursday night before.
Full Shares Premium: Each FS will be entitled to all weekends during the term of the lease (5/23 – 9/7/2008). FS will get a parking space* and/or parking permit and priority on beds.
Payment Schedule: Total $1,700

Half Shares: Each HS will be entitled to two (2) Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day), six (6) other weekends and the Bonus September 6, 2008 Clean-up weekend.
Payment Schedule: Total $1150 no rebate, no parking ($100 Dewey Parking Permit required to be purchased by HS at Dewey Beach Town Hall, 105 Rodney Avenue)*

Election of Weekends: Each HS will be asked upon joining the Ex Krewe Beach House to make an election of the six (6) weekends and two (2) holiday weekends that you wish to visit on the attached Election Form and returned via email to: Fran at Frana19@aol.com or Karen at karen806@cox.net
Priority will be given on a First Come/ First Serve Basis. However, we will attempt to accommodate, as best that we are able, everyone’s wishes. In the event that demand is high for a particular weekend, you may wish to choose an alternative weekend or understand that your bed priority will be affected. See below Sleeping Accommodations.
Sleeping Accommodations: As noted above, there are five (5) bedrooms that sleep 12 people comfortably. We plan to ensure that everyone that is a member will get a bed or an Aero bed.
Priority will be given as follows: FS, scheduled HS, unscheduled HS and guests. Bed Assignment: We plan, when possible, to provide bed assignments so that each person will rotate from bedroom to bedroom. No one will have an assigned bedroom all summer long and Queen and King beds will be used to accommodate couples, before being assigned to singles.
In certain instances, you may be required to share a bed with a buddy, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s wishes. You are also required to bring your own linens (bed sheets and towels).
Parking: There are 4-5 on premises parking spaces. The on-premises parking spaces will first go to the four (4) principals to the Lease: Fran, Ken, Karen, and Janice.
All other FS will be provided a parking permit, unless an on-premise space is available.
HS will not be provided any parking.
Week Days: In addition to the weekends, all members will be entitled to occupy Ex Krewe Beach House on weekdays (Sunday – Friday) that are not otherwise occupied by weekly rentals. Does not include Sundays during Holiday weekends or July 3rd (the Thursday night before 4th of July.)
